> These terms are a working draft prepared for an Indian software product. Have > a lawyer review them before you sell. They are not legal advice.

By installing or using Job Applier ("the Software") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install it.

1. What you are buying

A licence to use software on your own computer. You are not buying:

The Software runs entirely on your machine, under your control, using your own accounts.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on computers you own, for the duration of your subscription, for your own job search.

You may not:

Sharing a licence key ends the licence without refund.

3. Your accounts, your responsibility

This is the most important clause. Please read it.

The Software automates actions on Naukri, LinkedIn, Instahyre, Hirist, Shine, Gmail and other services that you sign in to yourself.

If you are not comfortable with that risk, do not use the Software. A free trial exists so you can decide before paying.

4. Honest use

You agree that everything the Software submits on your behalf is true. You must not use it to:

The Email tool requires you to supply recipients yourself. You are the sender of those messages and responsible for them.

5. What we promise about performance

The delivery promise, the conditions for it, and the credit or refund if we miss it are set out in PERFORMANCE_PROMISE.md, which forms part of these terms.

We do not promise: a job, an interview, a reply, a specific number of matching jobs existing in your field, or uninterrupted operation. Job sites change their websites and the Software may need updating before it works again.

6. Payment, renewal and refunds

7. Support

Support is by email. We aim to reply within two working days, and faster on plans that include priority support. Support covers the Software. It does not include career advice, resume writing, or recovering an account restricted by a job site.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Ending the licence

You may stop using the Software at any time and delete it. We may end your licence if you breach these terms; if we do so without cause, we refund the unused portion.

10. Trademarks

Naukri.com is a trademark of Info Edge (India) Ltd. LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation. Gmail and Google are trademarks of Google LLC. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. Those names are used only to describe what the Software works with.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Solapur have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings where you live.

12. Changes

We may update these terms for future releases. Continuing to use the Software after an update means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, stop using it and ask for a refund of the unused period.
