Job Applier

Refund Policy

Last updated: 3 August 2026 Contact for refunds: support.jobapplier@gmail.com

Short version: try it free for 48 hours. After you pay, refunds are given only if the software genuinely fails — it cannot be made to run on your computer and we cannot fix it.

1. The free trial is the point

Every new user gets a 48-hour free trial. No card, no payment details, no account.

The trial is not a teaser. It is the full app, and it exists so you can confirm on your own computer, with your own accounts and in your own field, that:

Two days is not long enough to finish a job search. It is long enough to know whether the software works, which is the only thing you are deciding before you pay.

Because you can test everything before paying, we do not refund a change of mind after purchase. Please use the trial properly.

2. When you DO get a refund

If the app cannot be made to run on your computer and our support cannot fix it, you get a full refund — within 7 days of purchase.

This is the genuine-failure case, and it is honoured without argument.

To help us fix it first, please send:

We will genuinely try to fix it before refunding. Most failures are a missing Python install or antivirus blocking the browser, and take minutes to resolve. If we cannot get it working, you get your money back.

3. What is NOT refundable

Everything below is a disappointing outcome, not a failed product. None of it is refundable, and all of it is stated before you pay:

4. How to request a refund

Email support.jobapplier@gmail.com with:

  1. 1. the email address you paid with,
  2. 2. your payment reference,
  3. 3. your operating system and the Help → Setup checks screenshot,
  4. 4. a short description of what happens when you try to run it.

We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days more to show it.

5. Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and any other applicable Indian law. Nothing here removes or limits those rights. If the product is genuinely defective you are entitled to a remedy whatever any policy says — and section 2 exists precisely to honour that.
